Obviously. There are going to be tons of threads between now and then.

I’ll start… me and pops are staying at the Rio but I would advise fans to pre arrange an Uber for post game. I have heard the line to get an Uber or taxi after the game is over is a nightmare and they will also be hiking prices.

I arranged an Uber back to the casino at 8PM from the stadium… $24

I can adjust the time as the day moves along but I
Have the reservation booked.

Aren’t those Uber reservations pretty worthless? They still only find a driver at that time I think.

Nope they’ll give you the driver information early. I book them frequently to and from the airport it’s really helpful.

Just walk back to the Luxor or Mandalay Bay and take the free monorail to the Excalibur. From there you can walk to the MGM and take the Monorail to pretty much anywhere on the Strip.

The reply’s in this thread are glorious. It’s why our fans leave at halftime…. They have no clue when the game starts.

They are sure ESPN told them 6:30…

Man. A guy trying to post something to help the general

Just a little advise, be prepared for your rearranged UBER canceling. With surge pricing after the game, they will cancel your trip, take the $5 hit for a bigger payout of $50 or more.

Yep. That is economics 101. I harken back to my pizza delivery days years ago. You would be AMAZED at how long a known stiff would sit on that rack until someone was forced to take it. We always wanted the tipping customers.

The principal is the same with Uber. That driver is going to maximize his/her/its earnings in any way possible.

The best option is navigating down to Mandalay Bay before game, using combination of walking and then tram between Excalibur and Mandalay, then use Stadium Walk. If youre staying off strip that is more of an issue but for example hit the Strip to pre and post-game, let the mania near Allegiant die off and then Uber from somewhere on Strip.

Good luck with this. Would be wise to have a backup plan if you're trying to avoid the transportation chaos after the game, when your driver cancels.
