Help finding video

My dad has figured out how to watch videos that I send him. This is a big development. Anyway, I was wondering if anybody knows where I can find the video with all the news anchors and reporters happily reporting that KH was the border czar followed by the same people carefully explaining to us that she wasn’t the border czar. Thanks.
