Potential Black Mold.

Had a very small leak in my AC conduit and it has left a 2x2 square of discolored( maybe mold) and dark area where particle board got wet.
After reading Bleach isn’t the best to use on porous surfaces I sprayed some CLR mold and mildew on it a couple times in last two days and now running a fan to dry the area.
Any other suggestions by those who have had a similar issue?
A stronger product to ensure killing any potential mold or etc.

sporicidin is what we usually use but I’m not convinced it works better than 30% vinegar
