Hurd has better stuff, yes he obviously didnt use that stuff very effectively, but they are drafting based on tools they can work with and Hurd has more of that right now.

Kale Fountain got $1.7 million from Padres today. Padres drafted a bunch of seniors and Graduate Senior in top 10 and comp rounds so they had lots of extra money.
