You're getting downvoted, but you're right. The building where he took that shot is actually closer than that. The building in the pic is in the top left of this picture. You can tell by the location of the red truck, the tree clusters, and the wrong pitch in the roof.

Okay fair, makes sense with the overhead shot. His point remains though that it makes no sense for the roof to be unsecured
