I’m heading out tomorrow on family cruise from Galveston. Any must do excursions or food recommendations for the following ports: Key West, Freeport, Half Moon Cay, and Nassau. Thanks in advance for recommendations.

We recently went to Half Moon Cay and Nassau. You don’t really need to do any excursions at Half Moon Cay to enjoy it. I recommend getting there early, though and going down by the pirate ship to get away from most of the crowd. We also snorkeled near the entrance on the way out and saw tons of fish and some sea turtles (there are man made reefs in that area of the water). The water and beach are some of the prettiest I have ever seen.
For Nassau, we went once before and just walked to Junkanoo Beach but it’s very crowded and lots of people trying to hustle business. This time, we paid for day passes at British Colonial Resort and it was very nice. Also did some snorkeling on their private beach and saw tons of fish, sea turtles and stingray.

Duval Street in Key West is a good choice. Many say Louie's but we are not a fan after our last trip. Very surly experience and we walked out.

Key West - walk to Duval St and rent a golf cart. See the most of the area, can stop and visit what you like. Very small area to travel in a golf cart. Can get to Southernmost Point, all the way towards the airport along the water, get off the main roads and explore. Do a little map research before going and you can have a great time.
Bar - Capt Tony’s
Simple food - Old Town Mexican Cafe on Duval Street
We just returned from several days in Key West after having been there 3 times prior on cruises.

Did they finally reopen? That’s what we used to do in Nassau but last time it was closed.

Key west has a hop on hop off bud that we used to get around. Go to southernmost point and stop at sone point to eat key lime pie.
Somehow I’ve been able to avoid Freeport so cant help you there.
HMC the horseback riding is fun but you can also just go hang out on beach. If you go horseback riding lift your legs when you get into the water. Trust me, do not wait until the last hour to head back to boat or you will have a very long wait.
Nassau, it’s expensive but the day pass to Atlantis is classic did it on last trip and enjoyed it. Don’t need to do it again though.

In key west we just rented a golf hart and cruised around. Grabbed some lunch and shopped around some. Nassau we did Atlantis aquaventure. It was expensive but awesome. Half moon cay is a great day to just enjoy a beautiful beach. I’d suggest walking down as far as you can see once you’ve water taxi’d over from the ship to get away from the crowds a bit. We snorkeled in Freeport and it was a good time. Took the same cruise last year.

There's an excursion to a private beach in Freeport. It's through Carnival. It was good.

Louie’s is a waste of time and waste of money, agree with what you said
