I respect him more than most. He's undefeated and has a good resume. Winning the heavyweight division of TUF when he was tiny compared to his opponents was amazing imo.

I think he is very underated. He has the power to take a person out at any moment also he has lightning fast hands and great take down defense. Does this remind you of any other fighter? Chuck Liddell?

Reminds me of Tyson actually. Seems undersized against everyone he fights, but always seems to get the KO.

There were only two true HW's on that season. One had been in mma for less than a year(Imes) and the other(Christenson) Rashad didn't fight.

I think Lyoto could do enough to win the fight. Pick him apart, don't think so.

It's been a while. I just remember him coming up to the guy's nipples in the finals.

He has two KO's and three TKO's out of 13 victories.

Granted he has come along way from his blanket days.

That was Imes. He is a big dude and a former olinman at Mizzou. One of the two true HW's on the show, but had been training mma for like 8 months at the time. He also has a glass chin.

That show was full of LHW's who simply fought at their walk around weight instead of cutting like they normally do.

Mike Whitehead, Keith Jardine, Rob Macdonald, Seth Petruzelli, Tom Murphy are all natural LHW's.

I guess I remember his two KO's cause they were so damn vicious. But I agree with what your saying. Before he KO'd Soloman, thought he was a damn boring fighter. Greg Jackson is a bad mofo.

Chuck, Forrest, and the midget were 3 KO's. Those were the ones that immediately came to mind. You're right though, he's really changed and evolved.

Acutally rulled a submission from punches, but really should be a TKO. Which is where I counted it.

I was going on Forrest saying he was knocked out and didn't remember anything.

He tapped, even though he says he didn't. That is how it was rulled. Although if he didn't remember anything, how does he know he didn't tap?

That said it was more likely a TKO from gnp.
