Francis Collins is a fricking idiot and proof that you don’t have to be a genius to be a doctor. Collins wasn’t really running shite at the NIH, Fauci was. Fauci was offered that position like eight times in his career, but was happier in his position as the Head of the NIAID. So even if technically he was Fauci’s boss, he was only so in name.
