I’ll never fault a kid for leaving Louisiana. I’m all about kids from Louisiana to GTFO while they can. I’d love for them to choose LSU, but I’ll never fault them if they want to experience something different.
With that said, I’m sure this more NIL than it is wanting to experience a different life outside Louisiana.

If Corey can’t even keep the top in-state DB, we have to fricking move on.
If Jaboree leaves the state for someone like FSU (not even a bag situation like UO or texas) it sets a horrible precedent for future recruits.

For sure. I would love for all them to stay but I know some just want to get away and experience life somewhere else. I will not be mad at a kid for making best decision they feel is for them.

All of the recruiting service people who say he will end up back in the class always say “by national signing day”. So just know he may not say LSU tomorrow but it’s still suggested that by the end of it he will be a Tiger.

I just have to imagine he won’t say LSU tomorrow. If he does say LSU then it’ll be the first time I’ve seen a decommitment followed by a recommitment that quickly.

Florida State can pay as well. They also have Patrick Surtain Sr as DBs coach and have Gabe Fertitta (Who has a bunch of Louisiana connections) as an analyst on offense.
