I wasn't familiar with this outfit out of Lubbock, but my lawd they are producing some DAMN fine brisket and pork.
Get there early, get in line, drink the free beer and wait for manna to hit your plate.

Just how I want to spend my Florida beach vacation, waiting in line.

Your brisket is bit more done than the pieces I had, but your wait time was about a half hour less...so, we'll call it a draw.

nope, about half. ate the rest the next day.
The brisket was great despite the pic looking like it was dry.
it wasn't.

Looks to be their salted peanut butter cup.
Think: giant Reese's Cup in a pie shell.

We were at the beach and stumbled across Evie Mae’s. It was some good BBQ. I had the pork ribs and my wife had the smoked chicken. Sides were also good. My fav was the jalapeño corn bread.
