that football is boring and soccer is exciting? What accounts for this insane belief when obviously football is the most exciting sport ever while soccer is just endless effort with no result?

soccer is their passion, they dont understand football, no biggie, even thou football rules for me i do enjoy soccer

People accept the reality with which they are presented. Soccer is what they now first and for most, football is relatively new to them.
