Here's something for the Tom Petty fans. I just stumbled across this on you tube. Thought some might enjoy. Really good early performance of a great band.

It's a complete concert from 1978.

I never hated on Howie, but this was the definitive lineup (and of course Blair came back after Howie passed).

I know that Thurston has been with the band way longer than Howie was, and Ferrone was the drummer for longer than Lynch was, but the original 5 plus, maybe, Howie are the only "real" Heartbreakers because they were there when the hard work was done.

There is even an argument that Howie didn't help build the band because they were already huge when he came in.
