Clark continues to dominate tv records and smash attendance numbers

Update. 7/9 highest viewed games this season feature Clark
Reese was only in 2, when they played Clark of course.
People are not tuning in to watch the wnba (or angel reese), they are tuning in to watch Caitlin Clark. Just in case anyone was still in doubt. Top 9 this season:
Sky/Fever - Clark and Reese
Fever/Sun - Clark
Fever/Liberty - Clark
Fever/Sun - Clark; the fever and sky bother played this day; looks like the viewers decided who they wanted to watch more; also fever had attendance of 17,700 and sky had 6200.
Sky/fever - Clark and Reese
Sparks/Aces - neither
Fever/mystics - Clark
Liberty/Sun - neither
Fever/Sparks - Clark
Attendance:
Indiana fever - lead the league by a lot at ~17k which is FOUR TIMES the number for the fever in 2023.
Liberty is 2nd at 12.5K
Angel reese team is less than half at 8k in a market 3X the size lol. They were at 7k last year so Reese is bringing in a whopping 15% increase compared to 400%.

There’s nothing compelling about Angel Reece’s game. Nobody wants to watch her flail under the goal rebounding her own misses.

God it was so painful watching that at lsu but you gotta pull for your team. She can lose all of the games for the rest of her career now as far as I’m concerned. I’m actively rooting for that.

That’s weird. I was told here that Angel Reese was the reason people were watching. Would have thought that more people would have tuned into lsu v Iowa champ game.

I lean toward his politics but that dude is cringe. Ideal example of a "ride the wave" political pundit grifting as a hard right, Christian conservative. Similar to the local preacher fricking the deacons wife and spending church funds to live lavishly while constantly admonishing others for their sins while portraying himself as the most righteous of all.
