Now I'm seeing he likely left mini camp due to FO wanting to restructure him. He knows Saints cannot cut him so he's just refusing to work with them. He's not going to be a Saint beyond next year.

Dude had to pay big $$ from his Vegas fight. He probably figures now is his best chance to get an extension but I think the saints play hardball since he is under contract and getting paid pretty good for his production.

AK is making bank the next two years. They can't make him take a new deal. Could they threaten a trade seems unlikely. So maybe he's burnt out. Seems odd so far.

It ain't that complicated. He's a RB about to turn 29. Gotta get that most money and years as soon as possible because this time next year nothing over 1-2 yr deals the rest of his career.

Some of the shite that gets spouted off here is crazy. Kamara has been our offense the last three years. He missed 4 games, lead the team in rushing behind our piss pour offensive line and had the most ypc of any running back…but wait, there’s more. He was second in receptions behind Olave. He lead the team in yards from scrimmage, and overall points and points per game for non-kickers.
