T-Mobile coverage

I switched from AT&T and went across the basin bridge for the first time. Terrible signal for a long time. Even after the bridge going east it took a while to get any kind of decent signal. Is this normal? Does there coverage suck that bad?

T-Mobile has improved drastically over the last 4 years. There are definitely some areas where I don't have service, but many of them are the same areas where I don't have service on my work cell (Verizon).
T-Mobile used to be so bad that I couldn't even activate a phone at home. Had to go into the store, get a new SD card, and activate the damn thing in town by the interstate.
Now I have 5G in the middle of the woods in some places, and my home internet is even T-Mobile. I can go camping in Kisatchie and stream shows on my phone...
Also, from a customer service standpoint, you won't regret the switch. T-mobile's customer service is 10 times better than AT&T.

I've never had issues with t-mobile signal on the basin bridge. Could be your phone. Did you get a new phone when you switched from AT&T to T-Mobile?
