Dating back to mid to early April…. Any time my ol lady is watching the tigers Paxton absolutely RAKES. She specifically remembers now bc every time he would come up to bat, she’d hear me .. “aw frik”.

She left to work a night shift last night and put the radio on 98.1 for her hour commute.. and sure enough Paxton delivered again!!

She’s not the sports type, but she’s became super interested and engaged in some tiger baseball. What a fun ride this year has been!

Anyways.. here’s to game 7, forcing her to make sure her eyeballs are on the tv when Kling batts, and not burning my burgers tonight.

Kling has been decent at the plate since early April. He’s batting around .270 going back to April 1st. In fact, he’s 5 for 14 (.357 BA) think since May 1st.

Maybe your ole lady is Kling’s slump buster. Is she a hefty gal?

If he offers his wife, we might just win the whole damn thing.

Early in the season it seemed that Kling was making really good contact but it was right into the teeth of the defense. Usually you would say, those hits will eventually find the gaps and he will get his hits. But his at bats went the opposite way and he went from hitting hard into the defense to confused at the plate.

Hopefully he gets his bat going because he is such a good base runner and defender.

Kling is our best defensive center fielder. If CJJ wasn’t so offensive minded he’d be in all the time. Here’s to his bat catching up!
