No doubt it’ll be the two all ACC guys who threw 30 a piece vs Long Island on Friday.

Dalton Pence & Matthew Matthijis

But it’s 1 game of baseball and they haven’t had their season on the line until tomorrow like we have for 5 weeks.

Dalton pence is LHP and Matthew is RHP, both are hittable but solid pitchers.

Haven’t been overwhelmed by any UNC pitching. All solid, all hittable.

Frick em’. We actually aren’t in horrible shape with our own pitching tomorrow.
1 win away from supers in BR baby let’s go!

Pence threw 27 pitches against us last night. 2 pitch guy, I think we will have success against him.

Pence will be available. He would have pitched tonight if game was closer.

And that's why as bad as it looked for a couple of innings this morning, yesterday and down 8-0 to USCe, I could not see LSU rolling over.

Geaux Tigers. Play Ball.

I'm guessing they will bring back their game 1 starter Decaro if needed. I can't find his pitch count from Friday but he only went 4 innings, though he is a freshman

Yeah I'd love to get another look at pence.

Gabby was wondering if we'd see Decarro tomorrow

Something to keep an eye on, their Friday night starter only threw 65 pitches. I'm sure he's available for extended relief. He could even start.

They have a definite pitching advantage, but I haven't seen them run out a guy who looks unhittable. Bats need to buckle down and get it done. Put pressure on them early and let our guys pump strikes.

Matthijs, Pence, Poston, Peterson, Decaro (G1 starter), and Percival (the kid that walked two guys trying to bunt) seem like their favorite arms that are still available. There's also this guy named Folger Boaz who pitched 39 innings on the season but hasn't been used in a while. Maybe he's hurt idk

This. Hits haven’t been the issue. We got more than enough hits in the first UNC game. We just didn’t cash in with RISP. Obviously that went a lot differently today.

With only 65 he will definitely pitch again tomorrow if it's close. He's a freshman though so maybe he won't be effective
