GCU is pretty damn worthy themselves. They were touted as the best 4 seed in the field. Like LSUs chances at home with Jump/Holman against either of course though

West Virginia was touted by many to be a pretty strong 3 seed. Even close to hovering over that 2 seed line.

WVU wins regional. While watching our game tomorrow wonder who they’ll be rooting for.
Would they rather travel to Chapel Hill or Baton Rouge next weekend? Have to imagine they’re more worried about playing in front of the crowd at the Box of defending champs with the 1-2 punch of Jump/Holman

Anyone overlooking West Virginia is making a mistake. No matter who wins between LSU or UNC tomorrow, the winner will have their hands full. That’s a good team

I feel better about WVU seeing they went back to their Friday night ace in game 3 of this regional to close it out.
They can’t have much reliable pitching depth at all to make that decision when he just threw 105 pitches in a complete game 2 nights ago

This is the very first time I have believed LSU has a shot at consecutive CWS appearances since the season started. Win tomorrow and I believe they punch their ticket after a BR super. The very FIRST time. Unreal.

After watching Hatcher today, no team still alive will be pulling for LSU tomorrow.
