Personally I would try to hit at least one stud by going off where the butt joints are but as others have said, toggle bolts through the hardi and OSB/ plywood will be more than strong enough

These for example are rated at 265 pounds each in 1/2” drywall. in your setup the strength would be significantly more

I used these for mounting a tv on hardi plank at my previous house and they worked like a champ
