You don’t have to have 100% control over the market to have antitrust violations.

Agreed, I have never seen or heard much info about exactly what tactics were used to get to this point. I did some Googling and certainly had no idea Live Nation owns about 70% of the top venues and were somehow allowed to merge with Ticketmaster who probably controlled even more of their market.
