The worst part is that she was shot multiple times. The perp could have gotten away without killing her but he stood over her while she was down and shot her point blank in the head.
The manhunt was pretty fierce. Englade basically gave the order to kill him on sight. Dude was so scared he had someone call in to negotiate his surrender in a way that wouldn’t get him beat to death.
