I will suggest a few things that I did when I suffered from the same issue.
1. take a break from lifting too much for 4-6 weeks
2. apply prep h as often as necessary, using the tip that applies the medicine internally
3. adjust diet to increase fiber
4. When bleeding has subsided, return to lifting with lower weights while focusing on controlling your core and breath.
ETA: Oh yeah, and get a squatty potty.

Curious about the same thing. Seems like from what I read online that exercise makes them worse or get bigger. Not lifting doesn’t seem to be a good answer.
