re: Go to recipe using leftover brisket

I always make a cheese steak style sandwich with leftover steak and brisket. I chop it into pieces and melt butter in a skillet. Toss in a couple of jalapeño to sizzle in the butter and then toss in the cold meat. Just as it heats up, throw a grip of cheese in the pan and when it starts to get melted, throw it on a buttered/matted bun and tear it up.

Or, baked potatoes with chopped brisket/fixings.
