Yep. Already pulled forward floor as well, just no pictures. It’s a poly tank and it’s still in good shape so that will stay. Just need to pump out the fuel that’s been sitting in it for the past few years.

Replacing fuel lines while it’s all taken apart. Hard not to just do them regardless of condition since I have open access to them. May leave the fill hose in place, but all other fuel lines and sender will definitely be new.

As far as I know, he is planning to keep the 300 that’s on it now. Just need to give it a pretty good inspection and replace all fluids, belts, filters etc.

Exterior will go to detail as last step. Pull of the rest of the old wrap, wet sand, polish, buff. Will get any fiberglass repairs done once we can see what can buff out and what needs repairing. Then probably getting ceramic coated.

Interior has some glasswork that needs to be done as well. Saving all of that for the end in case I screw it up more while I’m working on it

Still finalizing electronics package, but so far will be outfitted with a 12” Simrad or Lowrance MFD, radar, 4- JL 7.7’s in ttop, 2 or 4 8.8” JLs down low if I can find somewhere to mount them, Fusion Headunit, JL or Fusion amps, probably going lumitec for lighting, so on.

Playing with some new material for all the new switch/dash panels. It’s a carbon fiber look material that I think looks pretty cool. Cut first test panel and threw in the old trim and jackplate switch to test fit.
