Without the NDA's you don't have all this rigamarole about where and who and how the money came from to fund them which is the issue.

There is no issue. Bragg cant even clearly articulate a crime. He's just doing what he promised to do - jail a presidential candidate under any means necessary... ironically something that was impeachable during the last administration. And he's trying to do it with a convicted perjurer and a washed up pron queen as his star witnesses... in front of a laughably biased judge and jury.

I thought she was trying to get on the Apprentice. If she met with Trump for the purposes of getting on the show then in all likelihood an NDA was signed which would be SOP. Cohen probably got her to frick him thinking it would help her chances and then when Jenna Jameson got the show spot instead then SD demanded money and Cohen paid it.
Sorry but if Trump were banging porn stars there would be hundreds of them coming out of the woodwork. To me the most damaging piece of “evidence” is the lack of evidence of other hush money payments.
