It too bad it isn’t legal to shoot to defend one’s property. It might cut down on some of the crime. Wish I would be on his jury.

Depending on the circumstances the baw could end up in some trouble. Can't make decisions on how things in the legal system should be, gotta operate based on how they are.
The poor kid's parents are the ones who should be in trouble over this.
