You guys need to stop thinking about TPEs, that is something you would use later, like at the deadline. They aren’t going into the season with $30 million in their pocket. What would happen is they would try to expand the trade. Remember the “put it in the Memphis trade” memes?

I still think Dejounte Murray should be the top realistic target and he could be added to a Detroit trade. I’m not sure who the target would be at 5 though.

I know you can expand the trade but what I mean is “What 30m of ballast could we bring in using the assets we have?”

That trade brings us a starting quality big. We would still need a point, a microwave, and probably a backup big.

Depends on who goes in the first four or if a team will accept our 2024 first to move back some spots.

I don’t know if the talent tier is defined well enough yet to see where the big drop offs in talent are, but the hype train seems to drop off after 4.

The target would be a veteran you can get with it and other things.

If they actually kept it…the dream is probably Reed Sheppard
