Throw left Millazo’s hand before the runner got back in the baseline….interfering with his throwing lane to first
If he was in milazzos throwing lane the ball would have smoked the runner

Yes, he is. Even more egregiously so than the other examples provided. That’s abundantly clear for those willing to be objective.
