See how close his right foot is there, his left was in the grass prior.

That being said I immediately said there is no way Birmingham, ALABAMA is going to overturn that call.

So Milazzo fielded the ball inside the line and the runner being inside the line caused Milazzo to throw the ball outside?

We would have an argument had he jerked it to the left to “avoid the runner who was illegally out of the line”.

The ball took this path and never hit the runner. Explain how the runner interfered with the throw?
