Those ticket cameras can kiss my arse. Lived in New Orleans for 6 years. Those cameras are all over the place. They don't have much of a police force and they've got more important things to worry about that traffic violations.
It really is a lawless society when driving on the roads. No one obeys the laws when driving. It's also safer to just run red lights, especially at night, because it lowers your chance of getting car jacked.

I was behind a low rider black pickup yesterday, tinted window and no license plate or fake paper to be seen. Maybe NOPD should focus on this.
