A Guard unit is still a state Guard unit even if they are mobilized by the Feds.

Does the Fed have the right to permanently federalize a Guard unit’s assets? All signs point to no but he will try it anyway.

“Partnership” with the Pentagon means states are at their mercy. Go back to REAL, independent state militias.
