I've actually spent some time redesigning a few of the holes from the course online, dropping it to a par 70, turning holes 10 and 18 into a driving range, moving the "pro shop" but that's just ALOT of capital, time and effort and I just don't have that hunger in my late 40s.

I should have just bought Tiger Point and moved to Pensacola back in 2020 when I looked into that.

I mean the swimming pool overlooking the river and the clubhouse right there is just such an old school 80s country club feel it’s awesome. They could be such a damn gem
