Do y'all realize that to sell a vehicle as CPO often requires the dealer to put on new OEM sized tires? Doesn't explain the tonneau cover, but that may be a requirement of GM's CPO program as well.

If that were the case, the dealership should have done that before the car hit the lot. Even if they didn’t, they should be telling the OP those things will happen when negotiating a price.
