You telling me a recent college grad working in downtown Houston wouldn’t want that place if he wanted to live in that area? I didn’t say it was for everyone, but it’s for him/her. Just like a welder or plant operator would want to live out in Baytown or near Galveston.
That is such a poor financial decision for someone looking to purchase their first property that I am pretty convinced that you are trolling.

1000% upon further review. That bathroom and kitchen are atrocious and need major updating. If hypo grad could get it at $150/square foot maybe but at $354/square foot frick NO.
