If you, in your right mind, advised someone to purchase a $190k, 500 sq ft apartment, I would advise them that you are clearly scamming them and they should look into how you are financially benefitting personally.

That is such a poor financial decision for someone looking to purchase their first property that I am pretty convinced that you are trolling.

all these places, great areas of houston... zero murders in this area on the homicide map from 2023.

1000% upon further review. That bathroom and kitchen are atrocious and need major updating. If hypo grad could get it at $150/square foot maybe but at $354/square foot frick NO.
