I really don’t understand why the millennial plight hasn’t captured the hearts and minds of the older generations. I mean, just look at how sympathetic all of you come across.
Oh shut the frick up. You've been insufferable for 20 pages now. Eat a dick.

of course you can. now, you can't get much credit if you're a barista or drive uber, that's true. it all goes back to the foundation you built post high school.

I have a home. Again, you boomers think if someone recognizes a problem it must mean they're personally harmed by it. I am not, I have a home. I just recognize it's a crappy situation for others.
I'm a millennial.
This is the easiest time in our nation's history to get approved for a mortgage. Unless you have just completely destroyed your credit, you can get approved to buy a house (especially as a first time home buyer).

This is completely false. You are a moron.
Okay then, you tell me how to "use debt" to buy a house if you can't get approved for a loan in the first place?

Two biggest things that destroyed our country were the creation of the Federal Reserve and coming off the Gold Standard. We had very little national debt and only went to war when absolutely necessary before the first and inflation has severely taken off since the second.
The Federal Reserve needs to be abolished immediately. The first few years after would suck but the decades and centuries after will be significantly better.

No one will be able to do this. Getting approved is easier than it's ever been outside of perhaps right before the 2008 crash.

2/3 of these have tax assessments that have gone down in the last 5 years.
you are probably better off keeping your downpayment money in a fund and renting

so i'm batting .333. I'll take it!
you don't need all the houses, just one. congrats and welcome to the club.

Simple question: should you try and make things easier for the next generation to gain wealth and grow family, values, culture, or not? Or does none of that matter?

This could definitely be a solid option that could work for some folks. There's something to be said for not having to pay for your own house repairs.
