I had to take care of a Grandmother who had dementia. I don't get a kick out of mocking him for that. I just don't. and I can't stand him.

And I had to help care of my father-in-law, who was bed-ridden. You do what you have to do.
Your grandmother and my FIL were not involved in the greatest Presidential scheme in our country's history.
FDR may have been confined to a wheelchair but there was no doubt he was running the show.
Reagan still was the great communicator, even as early signs started to show with him. He still was a commanding presence, in person and in public appearances.

While taking care of your grandmother who had dementia, how often did you put her on a public stage? If not, why not? If so, did you feel you were abusing her?
