Just get rid of the cat(s) and get a dog.

Good news...Sophie is sleeping at my neighbors house...she is almost ready to be fixed.
Lolo is still mad at me. But this should help relieve the tension

There’s a reason there’s no “cat whisperer”

Get some Feliway bombs (diffusers) and put them in areas of your house where the cats spend much of their time. The scent/pheromone that is emitted really does a good job of chilling them out.
This may help. You can also get the spray and spray Lolo's areas where she likes to sleep, periodically.
I adopted a 3 or 4 year old fostered kitty in March. She hid for about 6 or 7 weeks coming out to eat when I wasn't home or when I was asleep. I put the diffusers where her food and litter boxes were and in some other parts of the house. She is finally comfortable coming out much of the day and sitting by me while I work etc....
I wouldn't move Lolo's food or litter from her usual places. Don't upset her areas. Put a litter box for Sophie and her food elsewhere if you can do that. Get Lolo some new toys with catnip. Give Lolo lots of attention.
It would have been better to have them sniff through the door for a while. I don't know if starting over with that will work. Gradual introductions are the best method when bringing in a new kitty.
