Nah.. not for 99% of the jobs out there they won't because they won't look.
"Hey, this guy is applying for an entry level accounting job. Take his picture and do a reverse image search and see if anything turns up." That ain't happening.

Yeah, at a company that doesn't play along with all the DEI bullshite he will be quite welcome. They are out there, and he will be better off in the long run not having to put up with the crap from people like the idiot he was mocking.
