In no particular order:

Confidence
Intelligence
Fitness
Physical beauty
Kindness
Power
Romantic traits (e.g. eloquence or poeticism or being adventurous)
Success and all of its trappings (including money and luxury)
Quality sex that makes them orgasm
Reliability

None of this should be a surprise. If you want a gorgeous, high value women, you need to work as hard as you can to cultivate those qualities.
