There are 15,000 "regulations", "policies", that are treated as laws, invented and policed by millions of lifelong bureaucrats. Hmmm.

Now lets throw in international. Do you have any inkling the amount of money the state department has "access" to. Not their budget, USAID, UN, Intl Dev Bank, World Bank, World Health, the US military budget. Sitting on the commission that decides whether foreign entities can buy "sensitive" US companies.

There is a reason, of ALL the jobs, other than president, that hils picked secretary of state.
