Something fricky with Army Funding?

Caught wind of this earlier in the week but this is the first article I have seen on it... The article is all over the place... However, apparently some funding was potentially diverted from Fort Novosel to Ukraine or at least it was put into the works...

Don't look into it, they may crash more planes into buildings like they did last time there was a budget discrepancy.

If our government recreated 9-11 every time there was a budget discrepancy, the US would have run out of planes and buildings a decade ago.
