He absolutely has the constitutional right to burn the flag. Students also had the right to heckle the crap out of him and soak the flag so he couldn’t

He got on his soapbox because a foreign exchange student burned an American flag belonging to LSU. He talked about due process and innocent until proven guilty but could never say that burning someone else's property is wrong.
