I got one for y’all…happened today:
3 CPAs, 2 attorneys, and a parish economic development official neglected to mention to me that $600,000 in taxes paid in 2023 could have be deferred until 2026 because property I bought is in the Opportunity Zone.
For the first time in my career, I nearly stopped at a bar and drank during the day. It made me physically ill.
