Its a Wonderful Life is my favorite movie of all time. Although I don't consider it a "Christmas movie". I know most people do though.

It's no masterpiece, but it is just one of those things that everybody grew up with. It is fairly funny and it likely is mostly revered due to nostalgia, but it is a classic when limiting the genre to just Christmas movies.

I've already said Its a Wonderful Life is my top pick, but Home Alone and Scrooged are great ones that I watch every year too.
