No. He’s saying they could use BRLA, and they could use St George, LA. It wouldn’t matter.
Even better, if you know your zip+4, you almost don’t need your address at all.

I hope this is an act, otherwise you are one of the dumber people I've ever seen posting. Mailing address does not equal city boundaries.
My mail says Gonzales, LA. However, I am not living in the city of Gonzales. That is where my mail is routed through.
I live in an unincorporated area, generally considered Prairieville. If we wanted, Prairieville could incorporate and form our own city within the parish of Ascension.
