Honorable Mention: Kidd, Jokic
I lean towards guards over big men because of the degree of difficulty it takes to make those plays in the open court, against more athletic defenders, constantly on the move. Jokic is the best passing big man and makes the absolute best full-court passes you'll ever see.

Not someone I would put at the top of the list but I do remember hearing some former teammates brag about how he knew where all of his players wanted the ball and how much speed and spin to put on it and how that was a very underrated aspect to passing - it's not just finding the right guy and getting him the ball but knowing he likes it high, on his right hand or fast or soft or on the bounce, etc.
I've heard WRs make similar comments about QBs
