That’s 19,242 and some change for an art degree! You should have to get a degree that’s actually useful in society and the gov will pay if you commit 4 years at the discretion of where your degree is needed.
You join the military at get the GI bill. Same concept.

I'd love to know what percentage of the 317,000 even got the useless "degree."
I'd bet my house it's something less than 25%.
