My guess is that team Trump will file for a summary dismissal at some point and it will get denied, but they will show enough that the appeals courts will be forced to look at it because the trial has been such a shite show.


Lower level judge can do this shite and get reelected. Higher judges will know that fricking this one up probably kills any chances of them getting moved to a higher bench.
