You can see that she put some thought into her bullshite statements by calling it "humanitarian aid" as if she's in the middle of a true war zone. I'm sure in her mind she thinks that she is in a war zone even though she likely has never been near one, but she'll tell anyone in the future who cares to listen that she was.
