On the one hand, good on Mom for calling that crap out.

On the other hand, no conversation with a major university should start with “My kid can’t…” ETA: My point here is that the issue is less “as a parent”, and more “as a human being with a functioning brain and moral compass”.

My youngest boy just graduated college last year. On the Facebook “Dad’s” page, we used to cringe and laugh at reposts from the “Mom’s” page asking for help in getting their son or daughter directions to the health center or some other crap. We felt bad for any kid whose mom was doing that.

This isn't much different than Joe interjecting himself into totally unrelated stories by reminding everyone , once again, that his son Beau was a war hero and died in service.

You have no comparable situation to what this mom's going through.

None.

If she is paying she absolutely should. I taught at a university and I hated when parents would call me to complain about student grades. This is different.

Are you really comparing "moms" that are trying to get directions for their child to the health center to this mom that is concerned because her kid is BEING UNLAWFULLY PREVENTED from accessing the school library because of these idiot protesters threatening her kid?

Really?

Your ability to discern a situation is garbage-level.
